Forgot your password

Reset it yourself by email or with your recovery question.

  1. On the sign-in page choose Forgot password?
  2. Enter the email, username or ID you log in with, and press Continue.
  3. Either press Email me a reset link (if your account has an email address), or answer your recovery question and press Reset password.
  4. Sign in with your new password.

Too many wrong answers lock the recovery question for 30 minutes. Students at a school can also ask the school to reset their password.
